I think it needs work. The 'oci' part of the TheBiocide isin't seen. Also too much black, make a bit lighter in some areas. I hope this is good criticism, it's good but needs work.

Sure it is! It's even visible in the smaller version. I think it's just a high contrast between the red fill and then the sudden, empty letters. Which I like :) I think there could be a bit more particle effect, now that you mention it, but the background is staying black ;)
